Kyle Burns

Kyle Burns is the Southeast Sales Manager for Double L, based in Cullman, Alabama. He joined the team with more than a decade of experience in the protein agriculture sector, bringing a strong background in engineering, project management, and sales leadership. Before Double L, Kyle held key positions with industry leaders such as GSI and other companies, where he gained expertise in technical design, customer relations, and equipment installation.

Kyle’s unique combination of technical knowledge and hands-on field experience makes him a valuable partner for distributors and integrators throughout the Southeast. In his role, he supports Double L’s core ventilation solutions while also helping customers explore growth opportunities with new product lines. His goal, in line with Double L’s mission, is to make every interaction with the company easy, efficient, and value-driven for the customer.

Outside of work, Kyle is actively involved in his church and community. He and his wife, Jordan, lead a young adults growth group and keep busy with their three children — Skylar, Nora, and Olan. Kyle also enjoys coaching his daughter’s basketball team. In his free time, he loves hunting, fishing, camping with his family, and cheering on Alabama football — Roll Tide.

Position Overview

The Southeast Sales Manager leads the sales team to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share in the poultry industry, encompassing both broiler and layer operations. This role develops and executes sales strategies, sets performance goals, and provides coaching and support to ensure sales targets are met across the entire poultry product portfolio. The Sales Manager must have a comprehensive understanding of the poultry industry, including breeder management, hatchery operations, broiler production, and nutrition, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. By driving sales and customer engagement, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in the company’s success.
