Caleb Hogan is the Swine Sales Representative for our Swine division and has been with Double L since the summer of 2024. Caleb grew up on a diverse family farm outside Monticello, Iowa, where he developed a passion for working with pigs and gained hands-on experience in various aspects of agriculture. He pursued higher education at Kirkwood Community College, earning an Associate’s degree in Agriculture Business, and later at Iowa State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Studies with a minor in Animal Science.

As Swine Sales Representative, he is responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing expert advice on swine-related products and services. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys woodworking, outdoor activities like fishing, and spending time at the Jones County Fair and Iowa State Fair.

Position Overview

The Swine Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s swine products and services to customers, dealers, and distributors. This role builds and maintains relationships, identifies new sales opportunities, and provides product knowledge and support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. The Representative must stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
