Engineered for deep hog pits, the 24″ x 24″ Premier Nursery Slat is a high impact virgin polypropylene slat for pigs up to 120 pounds. Its bright lime green color is for easy scour detection and cleaning. Each Premier nursery slat easily snaps together for fast and easy assembly. Engineered design for prime gap locations for efficient beam support cleaning.
The patented EcoTight Shutter was designed to improve fan efficiency and reduce cold air leakage. Based on a 30″ shutter testing (airflow only – not on a fan), the EcoTight Shutter had 21.8% more airflow and 17.1% less air leakage than Double L’s current PVC Shutter. Each EcoTight Shutter has individual patent pending Eco Adapter Blade Clips designed to allow for expansion and contraction while minimizing air leakage and light into the animal room.
The patent pending DL3232, DL3127 and DL4727 Insulated 2-Way Attic Inlets are great for minimum to maximum ventilation, providing precise control of air movement. The DL3232, DL3127 and the DL4727 Insulated Inlets all have PVC fully insulated housings, endcaps, and lids – meaning no exposed insulation. Each insulated curved blade directs air along the hog barn ceiling for proper air mixing while minimizing condensation and freeze-up.
